DETRONIC SCP, with address at Torras i Bages, 126 08912 – Badalona, Barcelona (spain) communicates that:<\/p>

  • in compliance with EU Directive 2019\/771, the equipment supplied by this brand has a warranty of (3) three years for new equipment and (12) twelve months for repaired equipment.<\/li>
  • This warranty will be applied once the failure has been verified by our Technical Service and corroborating that it is due to a manufacturing defect.<\/li>
  • The warranty coverage includes exclusively the repair or replacement (if applicable) of the equipment, decision at the discretion of the Technical Service and according to its condition.<\/li><\/ul>

    How to request an RMA\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

    • You have a maximum period of two (2) months from its detection to report a fault.<\/li>
    • You can request an RMA to the e-mail detronic@detronic.es indicating in the message:<\/li><\/ul>

      – Equipment reference
      – Traceability code (Trace)
      – Date of purchase
      – Invoice number
      – What is the failure
      – Since when did it occur
      – Where is the equipment installed
      – Wiring (if different from that indicated by the manufacturer)
      – Photos, videos or any other type of documentation available<\/p>

      • Once the RMA has been granted, the equipment must be sent for inspection to the address indicated on the RMA.<\/li><\/ul>

        Warranty Exclusions<\/b><\/span><\/p>

        • In no case are included the costs of transport, handling, installation, replacement, wiring, etc.<\/li>
        • The warranty does not cover equipment that does not have an RMA or that shows damages unrelated to its operation:<\/li><\/ul>

          – Blows or breakage
          – Handling by personnel not included in the Technical Service.
          – Connection failures and\/or their consequences
          – Voltages or currents different from those supported by the equipment.
          – Damage caused by lightning strikes<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
